1.1 Kokrajhar Law College reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
1.2 The College website is intended to provide general information regarding admissions, academic programmes, notices, events, and institutional activities.
1.3 The College shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on outdated or unofficial information obtained from third-party sources.
2.1 Admission shall be granted strictly on merit and in accordance with the admission rules prescribed by Bodoland University, the Bar Council of India, and the Government of Assam.
2.2 Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.
2.3 The College reserves the right to verify all documents submitted by applicants.
2.4 Any admission obtained through false information, forged documents, concealment of facts, or misrepresentation shall be cancelled immediately without refund.
2.5 Admission shall remain provisional until all original documents are verified and approved by the College.
3.1 Applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by Bodoland University and the Bar Council of India.
3.2 Eligibility conditions may change in accordance with amendments issued by statutory authorities.
3.3 The College reserves the right to reject any application that does not fulfil the prescribed eligibility requirements.
4.1 All fees shall be paid within the prescribed deadlines.
4.2 Fees once paid are non-transferable.
4.3 Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only in accordance with UGC, Government, University, and College refund policies.
4.4 The College reserves the right to revise fees whenever necessary with appropriate notification.
4.5 Students shall be responsible for any bank charges or online transaction fees applicable during payment.

5.1 Students must maintain the minimum attendance prescribed by the Bar Council of India and Bodoland University.
5.2 Students failing to meet attendance requirements may not be permitted to appear in examinations.
5.3 Continuous absence without prior permission may result in cancellation of enrolment in accordance with College regulations.
6.1 Students shall comply with the academic regulations prescribed by the College and the University.
6.2 Internal assessments, assignments, seminars, moot court exercises, practical training, and examinations shall form an integral part of the evaluation process.
6.3 Promotion to subsequent semesters shall be governed by University regulations.
6.4 Academic misconduct including plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or examination malpractice shall invite disciplinary action.
Violation of these provisions may result in suspension, expulsion, or legal action.
The College follows the Anti-Ragging Regulations issued by the University Grants Commission. Every student shall submit an Anti-Ragging Declaration whenever required. Any complaint of ragging shall be dealt with strictly under applicable law.
