The following Terms & Conditions govern the products and services offered by Kokrajhar Law College through its website, online portal, and campus facilities.

1. Scope of Services

Kokrajhar Law College provides various academic, administrative, and student support services, including but not limited to:

The College reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Academic Services

• Admission to any programme is subject to eligibility criteria, seat availability, and approval by the competent authority.
• Enrolment in any academic programme does not guarantee graduation, placement, internship, or employment.
• Academic schedules, examinations, practical training, internships, and course structures shall be governed by the regulations of the College, Bodoland University, the Bar Council of India, and other applicable authorities.

3. Online Services

• The College provides various online services for the convenience of students and applicants.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate information while using these services.
• The College shall not be responsible for delays caused by internet connectivity, banking systems, payment gateways, or other third-party service providers.

4. Digital Products

Where digital products such as e-prospectus, downloadable forms, study materials, notices, or digital publications are provided:

• They are intended solely for personal and educational use.
• Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
• Access may be withdrawn if misuse is detected.

5. Physical Products

If the College supplies printed prospectuses, identity cards, uniforms, books, stationery, certificates, or merchandise:

• Product availability is subject to stock.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Product images displayed online are for illustrative purposes only.
• Replacement shall be subject to College policy.

6. Fee-Based Services

Certain services may require payment, including:

• Admission Processing Fees

7. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, shall be governed by the College's Refund & Cancellation Policy and the guidelines issued by the University, UGC, or other statutory authorities. Processing charges imposed by banks or payment gateways may be deducted where applicable.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain services, including payment gateways, SMS notifications, email services, video conferencing platforms, or cloud services, may be operated by third-party providers. The College is not responsible for interruptions, technical failures, or service limitations arising from such providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All study materials, lecture notes, presentations, videos, publications, research papers, software, website content, and digital resources developed or published by the College remain the intellectual property of Kokrajhar Law College unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Service Availability

While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted services, the College does not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily suspended for:

• System maintenance
• Security upgrades
• Technical issues
• Emergency situations
• Government or University directives

11. Limitation of Liability

Kokrajhar Law College shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

12. Modification of Services
