1.1 All payments made to Kokrajhar Law College are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1.2 Refunds shall be processed only in accordance with the rules and regulations of the College, Bodoland University, the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Bar Council of India (BCI), and any applicable Government notifications.
1.3 The College reserves the right to verify all refund requests before processing.
Applicants who wish to cancel their admission must submit a written cancellation request to the College Office along with any required supporting documents. Admission shall be considered cancelled only after approval by the competent authority.
Refunds of admission or tuition fees, where applicable, shall be governed by the prevailing UGC, University, and Government guidelines in force at the time of cancellation. Where a refund is approved:
