LL.B Syllabus

The 3-year LL.B course follows the semester-wise syllabus designed under Bodoland University, including the new criminal laws — the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 — along with regional optional papers like Land Laws of Assam and Bodo Customary Law & Practice. Each theory paper carries 100 marks (30 internal + 70 external, pass mark 45); clinical/practical papers carry practical marks as prescribed.
